DELIVERY

We kindly ask that customers provide us with a valid contact number and address of the recipient.

To ensure flowers are properly attended to by the recipient, we will contact them beforehand to arrange delivery. However, on busy days such as Valentine's and Mother's Day, we will not be able to do so. 

If the flowers are unattended, they will be stored in a safe place outside the premises and the recipient will be notified. The deliverer will take a photo of the flowers and inform the sender that they have been left unattended.

 

Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss/damage of flowers once delivery is made.
