Excellent service from Rokeby Florist. As I liive in NSW, I ordered the flowers online, then realised I had given the wrong delivery date. I contacted Johnny direct who was happy to postpone the delivery. The day before the delivery Johnny phoned me to confirm the date and time. Upon delivery, Johnny sent me a text with photos of the arrangement. This is fabulous customer service. I recommend Rokeby Florist. Thank you, Johnny.

Was straight forward, recipient was text to say expect a delivery on the date I asked for flowers to be delivered and then was followed up with a phone call to check that someone would be home to receive them on the day of delivery. Was advised that delivery had been made with a photo to show the actual flowers being given.. Like that you can an extras as well to the delivery.
