Absolutely first class experience.. Prompt contact to deliver flowers on the same day despite late order. Photos of flowers and gifts to be sent. Never experienced such fantastic service. Well done to Rokeby Flowers. This is what people love.

I sent flowers from UK to Perth WA. From ordering the flowers to the flowers being delivered was fantastic. Their customer service was above and beyond what I expected and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I also received a photo of the delivered flowers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will definitely be using them again.

I am happy with the flowers but will not order through Direct2florist/Rokeby Florist again as someone rang my daughter direct yesterday evening and told her the flowers were from me. Thanku NOT they were to be a surprise. I did make a note on my order to deliver to her workplace between 9am-4pm so there was no need to ring and if uncertain I am the one paying so contact me. Very poor service.
